I've seen a couple other blogs post pictures of blooper pictures taken while trying to get that perfect Christmas Card photo and I got a good laugh out of it so I thought I'd post some of mine. The biggest problem my mom seems to have is avoiding "green eye". The photo editing programs she has only take out "red eye". She tried that on the green but it doesn't help. It was also tough to get me and Ziggy to look at the camera. You know, that flashy thing hurts my eyes! Maybe that's why they glow green! I was getting so confused too because after a couple of pictures my mom told us we were good boys so I thought that meant I should run over to her for some pets. Well, no. Evidently that meant I was supposed to sit still for more torture cause when I tried to get some lovin' she yelled at me. Look how guilty Ziggy looks in some of the pictures (hehehe, when mom yelled at me he thought he was the one in trouble). We did manage to get a decent shot for our card though. We'll post that picture soon. Here's a parting picture of Libby - she wanted in on the action. She's a big camera hog posing perfectly for mom! Geesh!

Those are great outtakes! My mom wanted to pat Ziggy and tell him it's okay, he's a good boy. Libby is a real poser!

Woofy great pictures!
Ziggy reminds me of my bigBrother Bogart. I don't think Ziggy looks guilty. Methinks Ziggy is ready to attack anybody who yells at Pedro.

Methinks I bark too much.

Methinks I got to go.

Methinks Libby is cute too.

what a ham Libby is! Cats are show offs...hehe.
I think you did okay, considering you are not a model. Did you at least get some treats for trying? I hope so!

Having to sit still for pictures is so boring! Cats seem to find it easier.

Those are great pics. And I actually think they don't look like outtakes. You look great! But Libby does sorta steal the show with her perfect pose....maybe she really is a little like Misty, and wants to be a model? hee hee

Libby looks very healthy in the pic by the way. My mom has not heard anything back from that vet she emailed about Libby's crystals.

Hehe...I think your outtakes can be put on the card, Pedro! They're definitely better than mine...*wink* Perhaps the green eyes thing come from the flash in the camera...Mom didn't use her flash when she takes photos of us, so we didn't face any problems with the green-eyed monster. *wink*

Woo done khwite well making your mom work fur the shot!

No worries on the eye thing - my right one almost always khomes out red - and if Mom khorrekhts it, it just doesn't look khwite khorrekht so she leaves it!

we like those photos, but we know what you mean about the flashy thing in the eyes. sometimes it makes a dog just want to close their eyes.

Thank you sooo much for the Christmas card! That is a beautiful picture!

I LOVE your outtakes! My mom has the same problem when she uses the flash so we stay away from it.

Mom shares the same frustration with the green eyes - it's annoying! Oh, poor Ziggy, so innocent and obedient, and he thought your mom was yelling at him, hehe :)
