Rocks from Mexico!

I received my first international rocks today all the way from Mexico from my friend Lorenza. Lorenza is probably one of the most famous Dogs With Blogs members and was one of the first friends I met after joining DWB. Lorenza is absolutely THE best dressed dawg I know. All of her dresses are originals, designed and sewn by her grandmother. I'm always telling Lorenza that her grandma could get rich selling her beautiful creations! Inside the envelope was all kinds of information about where these beautiful, smooth and flat river rocks came from. Look how nicely Ziggy can balance the rock on his face!Looking at the map it seems that the Rio Nazas runs by the town Lorenza lives in - Torreon. Torreon, Mexico is 2,410 miles from where I live and, if I could convince my mom to hop in the car, we could actually drive all the way there in about 38.5 hours. Unfortunately, I don't have a passport so we can't go. Darn! The rocks fit perfectly under the glass are are a terrific addition to the coffee table!

Rocks from all over the world. You are going to have the best table around. Maybe you could go to Mexico on Aire Ruby. I don't think you need a passport then.

We better jump on the stick and find some rocks or the table will be full. That was great the way Lorenza told you something about all those rocks.

I love the rocks Lorenza sent you!!! She is a great doggie, and she did a great job.
My mom is still lagging on helping me blog AND helping me do the rock project. I am sorry Pedro, I feel like a terrible friend that I am lagging on this project.

Looks like your rock collection is coming along nicely! Ziggy is a great model and Lorenza is very thoughtful to include the story of the rocks she found which makes them really special! Love, Dino

Lorenza really does have the world's best doggie dresses! I'm totally in love, especially with how the leash ring is build right into the design. Think you counvince Lorenza's grandma to share a pattern? Or maybe just sell a few dresses?

Those rocks look really awesome, but not as awesome as your friend, Lorenza. That's some really cool doggie couture she has happening there!

What a gorgeous and creative rock "presentation." And the clothes are amazing. Sam's gotten waylayed this week by a nasty drama and is in surgery right now. Have not been doing much else (like getting your shell/rock package together), but with Sam resting this weekend, will get back to it! Love all the shells and the idea of making your 4th table section a DWB one!
Will get on it soon!
Love Sam's mom

Cousin Pedro,
I have to say sorry that I haven't been around all week! G-Mom has been busy on my book. (hasn't she ever heard of multi-tasking????) Anyways, the table is coming along. It looks pawsome!! Lorenza is such a sweetie to send rocks all the way from Mexico. Don't ya think? I think it would be soooo cool to go to Mexico. We could say hello to Lorenza and visit with all our chi cousins. (we are Mexican, right?) What do you think?

Hi Pedro
We're so happy that you like the shells. When you receive them we'll explain the meaning of the Big Shell, ok?
The cat is TRIS. She is our cat, she was the first four-legged that came to live to this house, when the Boss was alone. She is an adopted cat, the Boss took her from the streets when she was 8 years old, but she is the most wonderful cat in the worlddddddd.
