My mom thinks Libby looks like a stuffed turkey when she sleeps like this. She is not malnourished that's for sure! In her defense, she really doesn't eat that much but with only 3 legs (and being 12 years old) she doesn't get that much exercise. It was two years ago on May 31st that she lost her leg because of the dog attack. Despite that experience, she is a happy kitty and we all LOVE her!

Libby doesn't gobble, does she? ruf ruf. She does look a little wide laying that way, but she is a very sexy kitty kat. Who says you can't be big and beautiful?

Hahaha that's funny - wide! She is a really beautiful girl and to tell you the truth, my mom said she wasn't exactly a toothpick before the dog attack.

Yes Mom and Dad use hand signals with Louie. He actually did the best of anyone in our obedience class. It was sort of like after that class he realized that he could communicate with us. Mom and Dad have a sign for ball and the little toot runs around the backyard looking for it and usually returns with it. Dad is working with him and a vibrating collar so that he can do herding with me. He got his first try last Saturday and he did really well. He wasn't aggressive like I am. He was really calm walking by Dad and the trainer.. He even herded one of the lambs back in when it tried to escape..
As you have probably notice Louie is very special to us but we don't feel sorry for him. He has never been able to hear so he knows no different..

I love Libby! She is true fighter and trooper. She is so beautiful too. Please tell her we are her friends! Misty says it does not matter if cats are missing a bodypart....like a leg or a kidney, as long as they have moms that love them and take care of them.
